What is hypnosis and how does it work?
Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and focused awareness that allows access to the subconscious mind. In this state, the conscious mind becomes quiet, making it easier to uncover root causes of issues, explore past experiences, and facilitate healing.
Is Hypnosis Safe?
Absolutely. Hypnosis is safe, gentle, and you are always in control.
Many myths about hypnosis—like losing control or revealing secrets—come from movies and books. In reality, hypnosis feels more like a vivid daydream. You’re fully aware, your values stay intact, and you won’t do or say anything you wouldn’t normally choose to.
It’s a natural, non-invasive process with no side effects. In fact, most people experience light hypnosis every day—when you're deeply focused on a book, a film, or lost in thought. Hypnosis simply uses that relaxed, focused state to support healing and insight.
What is past life regression?
Past Life Regression guides you through a past life, starting from the first scene you see, moving through important moments, and eventually to the end of that life.
Your Higher Consciousness chooses which past life to show, and it’s always connected in some way to your current life. Sometimes, more than one past life may come up in a single session.
As your practitioner, I’ll gently guide you through the experience, asking questions to help explore the time period, setting, and key events of that life.
Will it make a difference if I don't believe in past lives or reincarnation?
No belief is required.
The Higher Self doesn’t rely on your beliefs—it’s always connected to the truth. Whatever your questions, it holds the answers and can guide you in unexpected and powerful ways. At its core, your deeper mind is always working to bring you balance, clarity, and inner peace.
What can past life regression do for me?
Past Life Regression can bring powerful clarity and healing.
It helps uncover the roots of emotional struggles, fears, and difficult relationships, offering insight and resolution. You may discover past gifts or abilities to use now, and even find lost items or missing time.
It can support healing of physical or emotional issues—like anxiety, depression, addictions, or phobias—and often reveals your life purpose and direction.
What is the Higher Self?
Unlike the subconscious often mentioned in psychology, this part of you holds deep insight, clarity, and purpose. It knows everything about you and your life, and can answer any question that serves your growth and healing.

If appropriate, it can also offer physical and emotional healing—sometimes instantly, or gradually in the days and weeks that follow your session.
Where will the session take place?
You can choose between an in-person or online session. It's important that you feel nice and relaxed so a comfortable space with no distractions would be the best place. For in-person session, it can be at your home, my home, or any place you feel would be best.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on what type of session you request, whether it will be a spiritual or clinical session. This will be discussed in the pre-talk.
What is the best way to approach my hypnosis session?
Come with an open mind and childlike curiosity, without any expectations. When you let go of how you think it should go, you create space for the experience to unfold in surprising and meaningful ways.
Will I remember anything from the session?
Some people seem to remember bits and pieces, but rarely the entire experience. The audio of your session will be recorded and will be emailed to you that night or the following day so you can listen to it and digest it fully at your convenience. Reviewing your process and gaining the wisdom and insights from it is just as important, if not more so, as experiencing it.
Is what's discussed in the session confidential?
These sessions require a strong commitment to openness, honesty, and trust to maximize their benefits. As such, confidentiality is strictly enforced. Information about other clients' experiences will only be shared with their explicit permission, as they recognize that doing so may aid others in their healing journey.
Will I lose control of what I say or do in a session?
No, your Higher Self will never act against your values or best interests. Even in a deep, relaxed state, you’re still protected—nothing will be said or done that leaves you feeling exposed or unsafe.

If your conscious mind feels unsure, you may simply not enter hypnosis or may come out of it naturally. During the pre-session interview, you'll have time to connect with your practitioner, ask questions, and feel confident in the respectful and professional nature of the QHHT process.
What will I feel like in hypnotic trance?
During hypnosis, you are never asleep or unconscious. You may experience sounds, images, or physical sensations, but you stay aware and in control. You won’t act against your morals—if something feels wrong, you simply won’t do it.

Some people remember everything after a session, others remember parts or nothing at all. This varies by person and depth of trance. You can’t get “stuck” in hypnosis. If left alone, you’d either wake up naturally or drift into regular sleep.
