In-Person Or Online

In-Person

  • Choosing between in-person or online sessions largely depends on personal preference and geographical location. I have not observed any qualitative differences in the results.

  • Sessions can be facilitated at your home, my home, or any place you'd feel relaxed and comfortable that's free from distractions.

  • To make the most of our session, just come with an open mind, a willingness to heal, and a list of any symptoms or questions you’d like to discuss. It’s really that easy!​​

Online

  • You have the power to heal yourself, and physical separation is no barrier to that journey. Even when utilizing technology, the results I observe are just as profound as those in in-person sessions.

  • ​Online sessions are conducted via Zoom and the links will be sent to you right when we’re ready to start!

To participate in an online session, please ensure you have the following:

  1. A stable internet connection.

  2. A device with a camera (I need to see your face during the guided meditation).

  3. Headphones with a microphone (to capture audio during the meditation). For optimal performance, using a computer or a laptop is preferable to a phone.
