How to Prepare

The best thing you can do is come with an open mind. Your subconscious will be guiding the session. Even though we’ll talk beforehand and make a list of what you want to focus on, your subconscious truly knows what needs attention.

We’ll start with the list, like using a GPS to begin the journey. But from there, your subconscious will lead you to the memories or events you need to work through. You might think you’re doing the session for one reason, but your subconscious will reveal what’s really important for your healing.

​

If you meditate, try to do so on the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, do something that helps you feel calm—like taking a walk or listening to soothing music.

​

Please avoid alcohol the night before and on the day of your session. Try to limit caffeine as well. If you usually drink three cups of coffee in the morning, try cutting down to just one.

​

Eat a light but nourishing meal before your session. It may last three hours or even longer.

​

The session will be recorded. You might remember everything, some things, or nothing at all from the hypnosis. That’s why the recording is important—it helps you continue the process afterward. The more you listen to it, the more the positive changes can settle in. You’re welcome to bring your own recording device if you’d like.

This is a private session. Even though loved ones may want to join you, it’s important that you feel completely safe and supported. To protect your privacy, no one else is allowed in the session room. You’re free to share your recording or memories from the session however you choose.

It's important to know—you are the one doing the healing. This process is guided, but the healing comes from within you.
